Palm Jebel Ali — Island with Premium Residences
An artificial archipelago of Palm Jebel Ali is the long-awaited and highly anticipated project by Nakheel Properties, who is also the creator of the iconic Palm Jumeirah. Palm Jebel Ali will be twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, with an area of over 144M sq. ft, and it will also add 110 km to the coastline of the emirate. Here you will find over 80 hotels and resorts, and the project will become home to over 35K people.
