MoonStone is a luxurious residential building being developed by OCTA in partnership with Durar F5, and is being constructed on Al Marjan Island in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Al Marjan Is Blvd connects the island with the mainland of the emirate and leads to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Salem Rd. It takes approximately one hour to reach Dubai, while Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (RKT) is 30 minutes’ away.
