About Location Muscat in Oman
The Sustainable City – Yiti boasts a spectacular location between the Al Hajar mountains and the coastline of the Oman Gulf. Residents can enjoy a private beach with a variety of water activities, or take a boat trip from the on-site marina to explore the picturesque sites nearby, such as Jabal Al-Sheikh Samaon or Bandar Al Jissah Arch. Those who are keen on hiking and mountain trekking will appreciate the proximity of Wadi Al Kabir Hiking, Qantab Hiking, and Shangri-La Hike tracks.
All the necessary infrastructure will be provided within the community. However, residents can opt to drive about 10 minutes to the luxurious Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah, Muscat or Jumeirah Muscat Bay to discover the dining options and shops available at these hotels. The nearest supermarkets include New Muscat Supermarket, Shoppers, or Al Jinnan Shopping Centre and are all within a 20-minute drive.

In November 2023, developer Diamond Developers introduced a favourable 30/70 payment plan. You pay 5% as an initial deposit upon reservation, and 70% is paid after the property is transferred.
