Primarily Almasa was the main business, operating in IT sector and launching of real estate Omniyat strengthened the group position in the market and generated new income streams for the stakeholders.

For now, Omniyat making up its debut on Dubai hospitality market and set to open more than 1000 hotel rooms: serviced hotel apartments and deluxу hotel apartments across the city, added to the Opus properties.

Omniyat sold twice the most expensive luxury property in the UAE real estate history: in 2017 one of its penthouses went for AED 73.000.000. In 2019 the developer beat its own record having made the deal for another ultra-luxurious penthouse at Omniyat One Palm for AED 102.000.000.

First introduced overseas hotel brands Dorchester Collection and ME by Melia Hotels into the UAE hospitality scene. ME brand, “a lifestyle concierge” is known for premier services “a-la-carte” or pre-selected services.
