Haven is an ecological community that will house numerous parks, walking paths, and rivers to inspire its residents to focus on their well-being. The community is situated adjacent to Villanova and Al Barari, between the two major highways of Emirates Road and Al Ain Road. The concept and construction of the project are the work of Aldar Properties, who is a well-known and prominent company based in Abu Dhabi, renowned for creating luxury, innovative real estate for an ideal life. The completion date of Haven is scheduled for Q4 2027.

Haven will consist of 2,400+ avant-garde residences, including luxury townhouses with 3-4 bedrooms and two collections of stunning villas, called Serene Villa and Elite Villa with 3-6 bedrooms.
