MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort is a World Class Wellness Resort comprising of a Wellness Hotel, Serviced Apartments, Residential Apartments, luxury Creekside Villas and the World’s largest Wellness Centre. The development aims to set new global benchmark in Wellness Masterplanning as Dubai becomes the Middle East’s largest Health tourism destination.
The project covers more than 11,000 sq. m (119,500 sq. ft.). It was developed by MAG Lifestyle Development in collaboration with Delos, a leading US-based real estate construction company. The main contractor was Dar Alwad Contracting LLC, and construction was completed in 2021.
There are 17 luxury beachfront villas offering breathtaking views of Dubai Creek, as well as 60 high-end health and wellness suites, 150 one- to two-bedroom apartments, and 96 hotel rooms. The complex features a state-of-the-art medical clinic, and the community promotes a healthy lifestyle among its residents and guests.
