Eywa is a residential development on Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay. It’s the debut project by R.evolution, a boutique real estate developer from Europe. Among residences on offer in Eywa are 2–5 bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses.

In April 2025, the developer is launching a new phase of the project.

Total areas of the units range from 3,064 sq. ft to 16,256 sq. ft. As the G+3P+19-storey project is inspired by the Tree of Life, all residences will show a strong connection to natural elements, including stone and engineered wood flooring. All premises will feature private terraces with dining areas and hammocks, as well as private waterfalls and swimming pools.
