The Coral Collection is an exclusive and long-awaited project, located on the lower “fronds” of Palm Jebel Ali. Everyday, you will get to enjoy sunsets over the Arabian Gulf: from the deep violet colours to the golden yellows and reds.

The project is being developed by Nakheel Properties, a large company and the creator of Palm Jumeirah. Completion of the development is scheduled for 2027.

There are eight types of villas to choose from: Villa Hibiscus, Villa Coral Living, Villa Red Aurora, Villa Porcelain Rose, Villa Cranberry Sky, Villa Terracotta, Villa Redwood and Villa Ruby Sunset.

Each villa features a unique layout, design and finishing. A natural colour scheme with shades of terracotta, coral, saffron, blue, brown, beige and grey are used in the interior. Thanks to elements of natural wood, marble, and untreated stone, you will feel maximum comfort and tranquillity.
