Kensington Waters is a new project by Ellington Properties located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR). This residential complex consists of two 12-story towers in which the developer will present 277 property units, from studios to 3-bedroom apartments. Ellington Properties plans to finish the construction by the end of 2023. Layouts of apartments in Ellington KW vary in size from 455 sqft to 2,035 sqft.

A New Property Will Rise in Meydan at MBR City, Dubai

Kensington Waters is located at the intersection of Ras Al Khor Road and Al Ain Road. Both highways allow you to get to any part of the city in a short time. The road to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina takes less than half an hour. At the same distance from the complex, you can reach Dubai DXB Airport. Al Maktoum DWC Airport is located 40 minutes away.

The residential complex is located in a district with a well-developed infrastructure. Talal Market can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The same time would take you to North London Collegiate School and Hartland International School. The Al Jafiliya metro station (red line) is 15 minutes drive away from the complex.
