Dubai Marina is located in the western part of Dubai between Jebel Ali and Al Sufouh and includes 10 neighborhoods, the most popular of which is considered Jumeirah Beach Residence. They own such popular attractions as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, Dubai Fountain and others. In the area there are more than 200 skyscrapers – towers with apartments, hotels, residential complexes.

The area is surrounded by an artificially created harbor stretching for 3 kilometers. From this came the name “Dubai Marina” – “the harbor for yachts. Construction began in 2003 and today it is almost completed.

The main objective of the Dubai Marina project is to build an artificial city, which will include everything necessary for the comfortable existence of people, raising their status and quality of life.
