BREAKING: The UAE Is Giving Visa Violators A 2-Months Grace Period
The UAE has just announced a change to the residency visa process, particularly for those who have lost their visa and are facing fines for overstaying. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) has confirmed that a grace period will be implemented!
Residence visa violators will receive a two-month grace period to either regularize their status or leave the country without incurring any fines.
