Additional parking spaces in Dubai

There will be 3,000 additional parking spots in Dubai.

Finding a parking spot in Dubai is about to get easier as Parkin adds 3,000 new spaces before the end of 2025

Dubai drivers are in for a win this year with thousands of new parking spots rolling out across the city. Parkin — the biggest public parking operator in the emirate — is expanding its network to ease traffic jams and make getting around way smoother.

Thousands of new spaces planned

Parkin’s Chief Executive Mohamed Abdullah Al Ali told Emarat Al Youm that the company plans to add around 3,000 new parking slots before the end of 2025.

Parkin’s growing network

By the end of June, Parkin’s parking portfolio hit nearly 211,500 spaces — up 6% from 200,400 the year before. The boost mainly came from new on-street spots and private parking added through developer partnerships.

In just Q2 alone, public parking grew by 11,700 spaces. The biggest jump was in Zone C (on-street parking) with 7,800 new spots, followed by Zone D (open-lot parking) with 3,800 added. Meanwhile, multi-storey car parks held steady at 3,200 spaces.

CAFU and Parkin team up

CAFU and Parkin just joined forces — and that means on-demand car washes and refueling are now available at Parkin spots across Dubai. No more detours to the gas station or waiting in line for a wash. Just park, and get it all sorted while you go about your day.

Parkin customers can tap into the service by simply clicking the link sent via SMS or WhatsApp. And soon, you’ll be able to access it straight through the Parkin app. CAFU users can keep using the app as usual — a CAFU truck will roll up, refuel or wash your car on the spot, no stress, no hassle.
