Bookings are now available…

From palaces with private beaches to underwater floating villas, The World Island is yet another iconic megaproject in Dubai’s ever-expanding skyline. Located in the Arabian Gulf, this collection of manmade islands is designed to resemble the world map itself. One of the standout developments within this ambitious project is The Heart of Europe, an island featuring luxury hotels like the Cote d’Azur and voco Monaco Dubai, with more set to follow. And here’s the latest exciting update—Sweden Beach Palace has just opened its doors, adding another exclusive gem to this luxurious destination.

The venue is developed by the Kleindienst Group and offers up a one-of-a-kind space packed with luxury, privacy, and, of course, those stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.

Sweden Beach Palace is the perfect spot to book for ultra-exclusive events—think weddings, corporate retreats, brand launches, and milestone celebrations. With its private beachfront setting and high-end vibe, it’s built to impress and deliver unforgettable moments in true Dubai style.

The details

Sweden Beach Palace is an ultra-exclusive enclave, featuring just nine palatial beachfront villas on the entire island. Each sprawling over 21,000 square feet, these residences combine sleek Scandinavian design with luxurious Middle Eastern flair. Step inside and you’ll find interiors masterfully styled by Bentley Home—bringing high-end craftsmanship and elegance to every corner.

Each Sweden Beach Palace villa boasts seven lavish bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, and its own private infinity pool—designed to impress and built to host, with space for up to 300 guests.

Planning an event here means it’s all about your vision. Want a barefoot beach ceremony? Easy. Dreaming of a magical night under the stars? Consider it done. This is bespoke luxury at its finest.

The entire Sweden Beach Palace experience oozes opulence—from arriving by private yacht or chartered boat to indulging in Michelin-level catering, unwinding at the on-site spa complete with a snow room, and so much more.

Speaking on the grand opening, Sneden Lobo, Director of Events, shared, “It’s luxurious, yes, but it’s also deeply personal. It’s for people who want to celebrate life’s big moments in a setting that feels entirely their own.”
