Eight new fronds on the horizon
The project is scheduled for completion in just over two years, with a major milestone being the readiness of the first eight fronds by Q1 2025. This achievement will kick off villa infrastructure and civil works, paving the way for premium residential and leisure facilities. Last year saw a significant milestone, as Nakheel launched Phase 1 of Palm Jebel Ali, introducing over 700 frond villas.
These villas showcase eight distinct styles that effortlessly merge indoor and outdoor living, embodying Nakheel’s dedication to crafting innovative and luxurious homes – and they look absolutely stunning!
The villas at Palm Jebel Ali are set for completion by late 2026.
The ongoing progress in infrastructure and marine works is definitely worth the wait, as it will elevate Palm Jebel Ali’s reputation as a top-tier residential and leisure destination. This development aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, contributing to the emirate’s vision of world-class urban infrastructure and facilities.
