In Dubai, megaprojects are announced so often, they’ve practically become the norm. But once these towering visions come to life, they’ll totally reshape the city’s skyline. And since Dubai loves everything tall and bold, we’ve rounded up the upcoming skyscrapers set to redefine its horizon.

Habtoor Tower

Set to rise in the heart of Al Habtoor City, just off the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, Habtoor Tower is bringing serious height and style to the Dubai skyline. This 82-storey marvel is just 10 minutes from the city center and sits right by the stunning Dubai Water Canal. While construction is currently around 15% complete, two-bedroom units have already sold out — a clear sign of the buzz it’s creating. The tower is expected to be fully completed by Q3 2026.

Ciel Tower

While the official opening date is still under wraps, this standout megaproject is set to debut sometime this year. Soaring 365 metres high with 80+ floors and over 1,000 rooms, the ultra-luxurious hotel will make a bold statement in Dubai Marina’s skyline. Once open, it’ll be known as Ciel, Vignette Collection — a stunning new addition to the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio under their premium Vignette Collection brand.

Get ready for a game-changer in Dubai’s skyline — Burj Azizi is aiming for a 2028 debut, and it’s pulling out all the stops. With a whopping $1.5 billion price tag, this architectural giant will blend luxury living, hospitality, retail, and entertainment into one jaw-dropping destination.

The tower will feature a mix of residences, a luxury mall, and an all-suite seven-star hotel — each 20-floor section of the residential space packed with next-level amenities: think pools, spas, saunas, gyms, yoga studios, game rooms, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and even a cinema.

The hotel at the top will celebrate global culture, with seven culturally themed floors — Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian — each with its own restaurant. An authentic Emirati dining experience will also be a signature feature.

Dubai Creek Tower

Once envisioned as Dubai’s next architectural icon, Dubai Creek Tower—originally planned for Dubai Creek Harbour near the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary—was designed to feature a 360-degree observation deck inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, a café in the sky, and a vibrant central plaza with retail outlets, a museum, and an indoor auditorium.

However, the original blueprint is now getting a major revamp. Emaar has confirmed the redesign, but the new concept remains under wraps — leaving us all waiting to see what bold vision will rise next.
