Habtoor Tower
Approximate height: 350 meters

Set to rise in the heart of Al Habtoor City, just off the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, Habtoor Tower is bringing serious height and style to the Dubai skyline. This 82-storey marvel is just 10 minutes from the city center and sits right by the stunning Dubai Water Canal. While construction is currently around 15% complete, two-bedroom units have already sold out — a clear sign of the buzz it’s creating. The tower is expected to be fully completed by Q3 2026.
Ciel Tower
Approximate height: 365 meters

While the official opening date is still under wraps, this standout megaproject is set to debut sometime this year. Soaring 365 metres high with 80+ floors and over 1,000 rooms, the ultra-luxurious hotel will make a bold statement in Dubai Marina’s skyline. Once open, it’ll be known as Ciel, Vignette Collection — a stunning new addition to the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio under their premium Vignette Collection brand.
Muraba Veil

Dubai’s skyline is about to welcome yet another architectural icon. Introducing the Muraba Veil — set to become one of the thinnest residential towers in the world. Rising 380 metres high and just 22.5 metres wide (that’s one apartment per floor!), this sleek skyscraper will stand tall along the Dubai Water Canal. With 74 above-ground storeys and five basement levels, it’s set to house around 131 luxurious units, including 2 to 5-bedroom apartments — redefining vertical living in the city.
Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower

The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower isn’t just another skyscraper — it’s set to be Dubai’s first-ever residential clock tower and one of the tallest of its kind in the world. A collaboration between Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller and top-tier UAE developer London Gate, this architectural marvel will rise 450 metres into the sky, right in the heart of Dubai Marina. Blending timepiece precision with real estate luxury, the tower is expected to be handed over to residents by 2026 — adding yet another iconic silhouette to Dubai’s legendary skyline.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

In 2024, world-renowned wellness hospitality brand Six Senses is bringing its ultra-luxury lifestyle to Dubai Marina with the launch of Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. This marks the brand’s second property in the city, following Six Senses The Palm, which is already under construction. Scheduled for completion in July 2028, the tower will feature 251 residences designed with a holistic, wellness-first philosophy — reflected in everything from the building’s architecture to interior layouts and shared spaces. Prices start from AED 5.8 million, offering a new level of elevated, mindful living in the heart of Dubai.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences

Burj Azizi

Get ready for a game-changer in Dubai’s skyline — Burj Azizi is aiming for a 2028 debut, and it’s pulling out all the stops. With a whopping $1.5 billion price tag, this architectural giant will blend luxury living, hospitality, retail, and entertainment into one jaw-dropping destination.
The tower will feature a mix of residences, a luxury mall, and an all-suite seven-star hotel — each 20-floor section of the residential space packed with next-level amenities: think pools, spas, saunas, gyms, yoga studios, game rooms, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and even a cinema.
The hotel at the top will celebrate global culture, with seven culturally themed floors — Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian — each with its own restaurant. An authentic Emirati dining experience will also be a signature feature.
And then there’s the record-breaking stuff: the world’s highest observation deck (level 130), highest nightclub (level 126), highest restaurant (level 122), and highest hotel room (level 118). Yes, Burj Azizi is about to take luxury sky-high — literally.
Dubai Creek Tower

Once envisioned as Dubai’s next architectural icon, Dubai Creek Tower—originally planned for Dubai Creek Harbour near the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary—was designed to feature a 360-degree observation deck inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, a café in the sky, and a vibrant central plaza with retail outlets, a museum, and an indoor auditorium.
However, the original blueprint is now getting a major revamp. Emaar has confirmed the redesign, but the new concept remains under wraps — leaving us all waiting to see what bold vision will rise next.
