Malls have an undeniable allure, continually offering unique attractions that draw us in for a visit. By 2026, Sobha Hartland will unveil a new mall expected to cost over 210 million dirhams, adding yet another compelling destination to Dubai’s vibrant retail landscape.
The new mall is envisioned as a harmonious blend of nature, culture, gastronomy, and recreation. It aims to become a central gathering place for residents of Sobha Hartland, fostering a strong sense of community among its visitors.
Spanning 339,000 square feet, the new mall in Sobha Hartland will feature a supermarket, 35 retail stores, a gym, play courts, a soft play zone for children, and more than 10 restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisine choices.

Remaining steadfast in its commitment to sustainability, Sobha Realty has integrated greenery and water features into the design of the mall. Natural lighting will be abundant thanks to a skylight roof design.
A distinctive element of the mall is the ‘vibrant bowl’ extending from the basement to the roof. This biophilic design will incorporate green walls, water features, floating pods, and natural lighting. Not only will this create a serene atmosphere and illuminate the mall’s interiors, but it will also nurture plant growth, enhancing the overall environment.
The luxury real estate developer also highlighted that the mall will incorporate innovative technologies such as interactive displays, smart lighting systems, and digital way finding to elevate the visitor’s experience.

The project underscores our vision to create integrated and community-focused spaces that seamlessly combine convenience with a wide array of retail stores, gourmet dining, and diverse entertainment options.”
He further emphasized, “Beyond a retail space, the mall is designed to be a pivotal hub for community engagement that offers an ideal blend of nature, culture, and recreation. This will significantly enhance the living quotient for both community members and visitors alike.”
