Meet the new player in town…
We don’t need to tell you that the Dubai skyline is absolutely breathtaking, and by 2028, another iconic skyscraper will join the city’s skyline: Burj Azizi.
But this won’t just be another skyscraper; it’s set to become the world’s second-tallest tower, soaring to 725 meters with more than 131 floors.
The megaproject was first unveiled in January 2024, with completion slated for 2028. This USD 1.5 billion skyscraper will feature a blend of residential, hotel, and entertainment spaces, along with a high-end luxury mall.
For those moving into the residential section, there will be one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. But since this isn’t just another tall building, residents can expect some serious perks. Every 20 floors will feature a dedicated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, yoga center, spa, game room, business center, kids’ play area, restaurant, coffee shop, and supermarket. And the cherry on top? A cinema. How awesome is that?
Higher up, the luxury penthouses will offer one to five-bedroom units. Separate lobbies will be provided for both the residential and penthouse floors, ensuring exclusive access for each.

And it doesn’t stop there. Even higher up, you’ll be able to check into an all-suite seven-star hotel. Inspired by seven cultural themes—Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian—each theme will feature its own uniquely styled restaurant. Plus, an authentic Emirati restaurant will be a standout feature of the hotel.
And of course, because this is Dubai, Burj Azizi will also house the world’s highest observation deck (on level 130), the world’s highest nightclub (on level 126), the world’s highest restaurant (on level 122), and the world’s highest hotel room (on level 118).
Burj Azizi will also feature a museum that highlights the building’s journey, showcasing its evolution through multimedia exhibits, including photos, videos, and graphics.
Going once, going twice…
On February 19, Azizi Developments will kick off its global sales. A major event will be held at the Coca-Cola Arena on February 18, with guests including government officials, investors, business leaders, and diplomats to mark the launch.
Global sales for Burj Azizi will start in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, London, and New York, as well as online at www.burjazizi.com.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of the Azizi Group, stated, “In Dubai and cities around the world, new projects emerge every day. But projects like Burj Azizi are a once-in-a-generation opportunity.”
He added, “Burj Azizi has been a dream of mine for many years. It’s been a tough challenge, requiring tireless efforts from experts around the world. But I’m thrilled to announce that the dream is now becoming a reality.”
After expressing gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Azizi added, “Burj Azizi is more than just a building; it’s a tribute to the emirate’s rising stature on the global stage. We are honored to contribute to shaping this city’s legacy, one that will endure for generations to come.”
