Thinking of traveling from Dubai to Beirut? Keep an eye out for flight cancellations and disruptions impacting several UAE airlines. Multiple carriers have revised their flight schedules due to recent events in Lebanon, resulting in suspended flights to Beirut.
Emirates Airline initially canceled flights to Beirut at the end of September, and this cancellation has now been extended until October 31. Customers traveling through Dubai with Beirut as their final destination will not be allowed to board at their point of origin until further notice, according to a statement on Emirates’ website.
Those impacted by the flight suspension to Beirut are encouraged to reach out to their booking agents or contact Emirates directly if they made their reservations with the airline.
Flydubai has also halted flights between Dubai and Beirut. While there’s no indication of when flights will resume, the earliest available booking is for January 15, 2025.
Etihad Airways initially suspended flights until September 29 but has now extended the cancellation through October 31. You can start booking tickets from November 1 on their website, with prices starting at AED 1,375.
Air Arabia flights between Sharjah and Beirut have also been suspended until October 31.
