Essential Requirements
To be eligible, you’ll need:
- UAE Residency: Valid for at least three more months.
- Passport: Must be valid for a minimum of six months.
- Age Requirement: Applicants should be 18 or older if applying independently (without parents).

Step-By-Step Application Process
Step 1: Begin Your Application on ksavisa.sa
- Visit ksavisa.sa and select “Visit.”
- Choose Tourism as your reason for visiting.
- Select your Nationality and GCC Residency.
- Click Show Eligible Visas, then under the “eVisa” option, click Apply Now.
Step 2: Enter Travel Details
Provide the essential travel information:
- Expected Arrival Date: Indicate when you plan to enter Saudi Arabia.
- Country of Residence: Confirm your current residence.
- Nearest Embassy: Choose either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
(Optional: You can add your mode of transportation and point of entry, but this is not required.)
Step 3: Provide Personal Details & Upload Photo
In this section, you’ll need to provide:
- Full Name (as per your passport), Mobile Number, and Address.
- Gender, Marital Status, and Occupation (optional).
- Photo Upload: Submit a recent passport-sized photo with a plain background.
Photo Guidelines:
- Dimensions: 35x45mm
- Format: High-quality PNG or JPEG, max size 5MB
- Appearance: Face forward with a neutral expression, closed mouth, and no shadows.
Step 4: Add Passport Information
In this section, you’ll need to:
- Upload a scanned copy of your passport.
- Select passport type and enter your passport number.
- Specify the country of issue, place of birth, and passport issue and expiry dates.
Step 5: Enter UAE Residency Visa Information
In this section, you’ll need to:
- Upload a digital copy of your UAE residency visa (follow the instructions on ksavisa.sa if needed).
- Enter your Visa Number, Expiry Date, Emirate, and Residence Address.
Step 6: Confirm Terms and Review Your Information
- Carefully review all your details.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then proceed to the next step.
Step 7: Choose Medical Insurance
- You’ll be prompted to select a medical insurance provider from a list.
- Prices will be displayed next to each option.
Step 8: Finalize and Pay
You’re almost done! After selecting your insurance provider, you’ll see the total cost for your eVisa, including insurance.
- Click Pay Now and complete the transaction using a credit or debit card.
- You’ll receive a transaction number to track the status of your application anytime.

- Visa Fee: $81 (approx. AED 297.48)
- Application Fee: $10.50 (approx. AED 38.50)
- Medical Insurance: Ranges from $7.50 (AED 27.54) to $252.04 (AED 925.65), depending on your choice of provider.
When Will You Receive Your eVisa?
Typically, GCC residents receive their eVisa almost instantly. However, the process may take up to 3 working days. Once your application is approved, the eVisa will be sent to you via email.
