Starting September 2, applicants can collect their Emergency Certificates (ECs) from the Indian Consulate in Dubai, located in Umm Hurair 1, between 2 pm and 4 pm. Please note that ECs can only be collected 24 hours after submitting your Amnesty Visa application.
For those looking to regularize their residency, short-validity passports are available at BLS Centres in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. These centres accept walk-in applicants without the need for appointments and will be open on Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm throughout the amnesty period.
The consulate has established a dedicated helpline at 050-9433111, available from 8 am to 6 pm. Additionally, the PBSK Helpline (800-46342) operates 24/7, providing Indian nationals with access to support at any time.

For those wishing to return to India from Abu Dhabi, the Indian Embassy will issue Emergency Certificates (ECs) from the Consular Office in Abu Dhabi, located on the first floor of Guardian Tower in the Al Saadah Zone, between 4 pm and 6 pm. ECs can only be collected 24 hours after submitting your Amnesty Visa application.
Expats seeking to regularize their residency status can apply for short-validity passports at the BLS centres in Abu Dhabi. During the amnesty period, BLS centres in Al Reem, Musaffah, and Al Ain are open for walk-in appointments every Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
