The iconic Jumeirah Group—known for redefining luxury hospitality in Dubai and beyond—is adding another gem to its portfolio. Fresh off the buzz of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, the group has just announced Jumeirah Asora Bay, a stunning new hotel and residences project set to rise on the exclusive peninsula of La Mer South. Blending the signature elegance of the Jumeirah brand with a bold new design vision, this ultra-luxurious property is set to open its doors in 2029.
Jumeirah Asora Bay will embrace a refined, boutique-style approach with just 130 rooms and suites, along with 20 exclusive villas. The residential offering includes 29 ultra-luxury units—ranging from spacious four- to six-bedroom apartments to a one-of-a-kind seven-bedroom penthouse and six oceanfront villas, all boasting uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.
Opened in March, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has quickly become one of Dubai’s most talked-about luxury destinations. Completing Jumeirah’s ocean-inspired trilogy alongside Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic Burj Al Arab, this stunning property features 300 rooms and 86 suites, plus an impressive lineup of 15 dining concepts—so there’s no shortage of choice.
For those seeking serenity, the TALISE Spa spans three floors, offering bespoke treatments and holistic therapies crafted to restore balance and well-being. Each treatment room includes a private terrace, and the wellness experience extends to a 20-meter indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness studio, gym, and female-only zones.
We’re excited to see the new hotel take shape…
