It joins Ennismore’s newly opened Banyan Tree on the island, adding to the luxurious offerings and enhancing the overall experience for visitors seeking relaxation and elegance in a stunning setting.
Delano Dubai, Bluewaters’ luxe new hotel, is officially open.
Delano is an iconic Miami brand from Ennismore, the lifestyle-focused hospitality group that also operates the Banyan Tree Dubai on the island. This addition highlights Ennismore’s commitment to bringing unique and upscale experiences to the region, blending Miami’s vibrant essence with Dubai’s luxurious lifestyle.
While Banyan Tree Dubai was a rebrand of Caesars Palace, Delano Dubai occupies the former Caesars Resort, previously known as Julius Tower. Aiming to transform Bluewaters into a premier luxurious lifestyle destination, the 251-room Delano Dubai focuses on meticulous attention to detail and personalized experiences, ensuring that every guest feels truly special during their stay.
Room rates begin at AED 2,560 for UAE residents, which includes a bed and breakfast package along with a 20% discount on food and beverage.
Delano Dubai offers a diverse culinary and mixology experience for every palate. Highlights include the opulent Rose Bar, which embodies elite Hollywood glamour and celebrates musical greatness, alongside the iconic nightlife scene of Miami. Guests can also indulge in Tutto Passa, an Italian restaurant with a terrace that captures the essence of the Amalfi Coast. Starting in November, the celebrated Blue Door Restaurant from Delano Miami will introduce a touch of understated luxury and South Beach style to Bluewaters. Additionally, a collaboration between Paris Society and Rikas Group will bring Maison Revka, a trendy hotspot from St. Tropez and Paris, to Dubai, enhancing the vibrant dining landscape.
Nestled between Delano Dubai and Banyan Tree Dubai, the former Cove Beach club is set to transform into La Cantine Beach. This new venue will feature a restaurant, bar, beach, and pool, adding an exciting chapter to Bluewaters Island’s vibrant landscape. La Cantine Beach marks the evolution of the beloved Mediterranean restaurant that has delighted guests at Jumeirah Emirates Towers for the past decade. The space will also include a seaside version of Gohan, known for its upscale Japanese dining experience at Emirates Towers, offering a delightful blend of indoor and outdoor dining options for patrons.
Beyond the exceptional dining options, the centerpiece of the resort is the Delano Pool, featuring sunken furniture that invites guests to relax in the shallows and a social ledge perfect for mingling and making connections. Additionally, a wellness studio, developed in partnership with Adrienne Everett, founder of WHW Studio, enhances the leisure offerings. This space will boast two treatment suites, a fully equipped gym, and state-of-the-art health innovations, ensuring guests have everything they need for relaxation and rejuvenation.
If you’re not already familiar with the Delano brand, allow us to introduce you: it originated in Miami in 1995, redefining modern luxury by offering a quieter, more understated alternative to the traditional glitz and glamor associated with five-star hospitality. It quickly became a social hub in the city. While the original Delano is currently closed, the brand has expanded to locations in Las Vegas and Paris. Excitingly, Ennismore has recently formed a long-term partnership with Cain International, aiming to not only reopen the original Delano Miami Beach but also to accelerate the brand’s global expansion.
