Time to say goodbye…
“The Dubai Fountain is a total crowd-puller, drawing in thousands from around the globe to catch its epic water shows synced to music—right in front of the iconic Burj Khalifa.”
Back in February, Emaar—the property giant—shared that the fountains would be taking a break for a few months starting May 2025. But in a surprise March update, we found out the Dubai Fountain show is wrapping up sooner than expected. The final show is now set for Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Why are the shows stopping?
The good news? It’s just a temporary pause to make room for something even more epic.
The world’s tallest performing fountain is going offline for five months for a major glow-up. We’re talking next-level tech upgrades, sharper choreography, and boosted sound and lighting systems—all designed to take the show to a whole new level.
Set within the stunning 30-acre Burj Lake, these iconic fountains launch a jaw-dropping 22,000 gallons of water up to 140 meters into the air.
Right now, the shows run every 30 minutes from 6 PM to 11 PM daily. But heads up—during the renovation period, the fountains will be completely paused with no shows scheduled until the upgrade is complete.
So if you want to catch the magic one last time before the fountains go dark, now’s your moment—head to Dubai Mall ASAP before the final splash!
