Plus, they come with a range of payment options—cash, credit card, or even NFC payments via smartphones—making transactions quick and easy.
These kiosks are built to simplify the license renewal process, with just a few simple steps to get the job done. No fuss, no delays—just fast and easy service.
Simply insert your Emirates ID and pay the renewal fee using either a card or cash. The machine will then verify your identity and process the renewal request. In just a few minutes, your updated license is printed and issued directly from the machine—quick and hassle-free!
This setup eliminates the need for traditional paperwork and drastically reduces wait times, making it a game-changer for busy residents who need to get things done fast.
The RTA has rolled out these kiosks in strategic locations across Dubai, ensuring easy access for everyone, no matter where you are in the city.
The kiosks are set up in 21 key locations, including RTA’s main building, customer happiness centers, major service provider centers, and other strategic spots across Dubai. This particular one is located at Tasjeel, Al Barsha.
With this new service, the RTA is fully in line with Dubai’s Smart City vision, using cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and cut down on manual procedures. It’s another step toward making Dubai a global leader in smart city infrastructure.
