The Gran Melia Hotel will be the third location from the internationally acclaimed Melia Hotels in Dubai, joining the beautiful Melia Desert Palm resort and the stylish ME Dubai hotel. Set to open in 2026, this luxurious hotel will be the group’s first beach resort, located right on the seafront of Dubai’s new Port de La Mer island.
Gran Melia Dubai will feature 380 ultra-modern guest rooms and suites offering breathtaking views of the sparkling skyline and the glistening Arabian Gulf. Alongside its striking architecture, designed by MOMA International, the hotel will include a wellness center with a gym and spa, direct access to the marina, swimming pools, a private beach, and a variety of international restaurants and bars.
In classic Dubai fashion, there will also be a glamorous new beach club next to the hotel—not just any beach club, but Zuma Beachhouse. Yes, a beautiful seaside version of Zuma Dubai is set to open in 2025, featuring a lounge and bar, day beds, and a stunning swimming pool.

From a beach club by the popular Dubai restaurant Gaia and the renowned Gigi from St Tropez to a Michelin-star restaurant and a French beach house members’ club, J1 Beach is set to be a paradise for food lovers and sun-seekers alike.
