Inside Burj Binghatti The World’s tallest residential tower in Dubai

The ultra-luxury skyscraper is slated for completion in 2027…

Curious about living in the clouds? The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, due for completion in 2027, will soon make that dream a reality. This tower is set to become the world’s tallest residential building, soaring over 100 storeys high in Business Bay. With breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Canal, it’s destined to make a spectacular impact on the city’s skyline.

The ultra-luxury residences will feature two distinct collections: The Sapphire Suite Collection (two bedrooms) and The Emerald Suite Collection (three bedrooms). For those craving the utmost exclusivity, there will also be five Billionaire Penthouses, each designed with inspiration from Jacob & Co’s opulent timepieces.

Inside, residents will have access to a range of luxurious amenities, including an infinity pool, a high-end spa, a state-of-the-art gym, an exclusive private members’ club, and concierge services offering private chefs, bodyguards, and chauffeurs.

Jacob & Co, renowned for their luxury jewelry and watches, describe the skyscraper as ‘inspired by the impossible.’ For this ambitious project, they have teamed up with Binghatti, a prominent Emirati property development firm based in Dubai.

“We drew inspiration from the intricate horological movements of Jacob & Co timepieces and infused them into the tower’s core elements. The diamond-shaped spires crowning the tower evoke a regal crown, a symbol of exceptional elegance inspired by Jacob & Co’s exquisitely cut gems,” said Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and Head of Architecture at Binghatti.

While the official height of the tower remains undisclosed, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will need to surpass New York’s Central Park Tower, which stands at 472 meters, to earn the title of the world’s tallest residential tower.

Dubai is renowned for its record-breaking architecture, with the Burj Khalifa reigning as the world’s tallest building since its completion in 2009.
