Trump Hotel and Tower Dubai

There will be a Trump Hotel and Tower in Dubai.

It’s set to become the Middle East’s first — and only — Trump-branded hotel and tower.

Dubai’s skyline is already a showstopper — but with iconic newcomers like Ciel Tower, Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, and Burj Azizi on the rise, it’s gearing up for a serious glow-up. And now, another major name is joining the lineup: the Trump International Hotel & Tower.

Set to be the Middle East’s first and only Trump-branded hotel and tower, this new icon will rise at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, joining the city’s soaring skyline. Expect sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea — luxury, redefined.

Here’s what we know

Rising 80 floors high, the tower will deliver ultra-luxury hospitality with elegant rooms and suites, private lounges, bespoke service, and world-class amenities designed to impress.

Residents will also have access to an exclusive, resort-style pool — a private oasis in the heart of the city.

For those seeking true exclusivity, The Trump raises the bar — a private, members-only club curated for a select few. Expect tailored experiences, elevated dining, world-class wellness, and more — all wrapped in unmatched prestige.

And the crown jewel of Trump’s tower? Two signature penthouses featuring private sky pools — where elegance meets exclusivity. Inspired by the iconic Trump Tower Penthouse on New York’s Fifth Avenue, these residences showcase floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.

Commenting on the project, Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, said:
“Dubai is a global destination that aligns perfectly with our vision for iconic development. We’re proud to grow the Trump brand in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.”

While the official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, stay tuned — we’ll share the details as soon as they’re confirmed.

This year has already seen the grand debut of one of Dubai’s biggest hotels — Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab — and the excitement’s far from over. We’re now counting down to the openings of Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Ciel, and more skyline-defining landmarks.
