Sheikh Hamdan just dropped the list of the top government entities for 2024. These entities were ranked based on three key areas: customer satisfaction, mystery shopper experience, and employee happiness. The results? Every entity scored an average happiness rating of 90% or higher for 2024.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and UAE Minister of Defence, has signed off on the results of the 2024 Customer, Employee, and Mystery Shopper Happiness Study. This annual survey evaluates a range of factors across the entire customer experience.
Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has claimed the top spot for customer happiness with an impressive score of 98.75%. Coming in second is Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) with a solid 97.01%, while Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) takes third place at 96.99%.
Other entities that scored above 90% in customer happiness include the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, Dubai Police, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

MBRHE also took the lead in employee happiness with an impressive score of 96.7%. Coming in second is the Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation (AWQAF DUBAI) with a rating of 96.2%, while the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFAD) secured third place with a score of 95.3%.
Other government entities that earned a score of 90% or higher from their employees include Dubai Municipality, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Police, and Dubai Sports Council.
These studies are a fantastic way to motivate Dubai’s government entities to continuously pursue excellence for both their customers and employees. We’re seeing a lot of initiatives in action aimed at enhancing different areas across Dubai, like RTA’s projects to ease traffic congestion.
